The barn at top of the world was originally built in 1900 by the Macie family in Coventry, VT. In the fall of 2016, we were given the opportunity to disassemble this beautiful old barn full of history and in the spring of 2017 bring her back to life at the top of our 357 acre estate. The barn sits atop our hill with a breath taking 360 degree view. The view includes Lake Memphremagog, Owls Head in Canada, Jay peak, Willoughby Gap, Lake Salem and Derby pond. The sunsets are like no other and perfect for photos that last a life time!
In Fall of 2020 we had the opportunity to be able to relocate a gorgeous local church from East Main Street right in Newport! This little church was brought up and reconstructed, also receiving some major improvements to the inside. Featuring enough seating for up to 100 guests, a sliding glass door that looks over Lake Memphramagog, stunning stained glass windows, and new landscaping all around the outside. We are so excited to be able to offer this to couples that may want a church ceremony, in additonal to our indoor barn and outdoor arbor ceremony side.
